Quality is not only created by inspection, first it is created by design, from design phase, our engineer invoives the project and conduct DFM to minimize the risk of manufacturing, Quality is also created by manufacture, with the optimizated program or parameter, we can always acheive the good result in quality. And our quality department conduct the inspection on samples, production runs,ready ship goods, make sure the process are good, products are good, with good qualtiy control system, we avoid of many risk of delivery delay.
Nieltec not only provide quality components but also provide quality service, stand by client thinking enable Nieltec offer clients value added servie such as package thinking, logitics.
We conduct following for quality assurance
DFM analysis,
OTS ----Off Tool samples inspection
FPA-----First production approval
IPQC---In Process Quality control
PSI------Pre-shipment inspection.
And for small qty which have finish requirment, we conduct full inspection to make sure parts are good.
